Big Veiny Sun - Posted on 6/19/2009
I found this the other day... it looks like a big veiny sun, but it's actually a photo taken of my eye right before I had laser eye surgery - when I saw it I requested that the optician email it to me. I also remember that day, I got poked in both eyes with a stylus, and my pupils dilated all huge and I couldn't see the train times to get home. Thought I'd post this here, well, mainly because it looks quite cool.

Short sight runs in my family, and I had considered such surgery myself but don't think I would be brave enough!

I was NOT brave, I needed two diazapam just to get through it! I'm funny with eyes, if you tell me I have a bloodshot eye I'll come over all faint! It was more discomfort afterwards, was crying like a baby because my eyes were all watery and I couldn't see to put my drops in because of the light. Eek. *shudders*
