Bronwen Winter Phoenix is a modern feral fanatic, tea lover and supporter of the Root Vegetable Rights Campaign 1976. She is a 24-year-old "freelance" journalist, author and dreamer. First published in June 2008, she later left her cushy job at a local newspaper to move to the wild city of Glasgow, where the cold bites - as do the neds if you're not careful - and McDonalds is open until 4am (apparently). Her books 'Escaping Dreams' and 'Nightswallow' are completely unrelated to each other, and she has since gone a bit insane by writing a genre mash-up frivilous crime thriller called 'Grassmarket Blood' - which is currently up for grabs to any publisher who'll have her. Apart from writing, she loves sleeping and eating. She is very proud of the fact she has never been drunk or smoked a cigarette in her life. She is devoted to making bonds and living life with zeal and determination in the face of certain doom. She believes in being triumphant. In fact, she almost got into MI5. Other hobbies include scanning IP addresses on her website and tracking down anyone trying to sell her books on ebay/amazon for more money than they are worth. She likes pasta.
